The apartments will both be gender neutral so they will be best suited for a couple or an individual of either sex.
The client profile is for young business man/woman, so the apartments will contain small office/work spaces. Natural light as well as industrial lighting will brighten the space and create a welcoming environment for the tenant(s). The apartments are fully equipped with kitchen appliances, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom space with a closet.
